Bailey Wilson was born and raised in Sydney, AUS with his brother and fellow USA Eagle, Mitch Wilson. Playing rugby in High School at Lone Peak High School, Wilson would find his way to the United States to play in college at Utah Valley University. The open side Flanker remained in the Utah club scene post college and was named to the Utah Warriors of Major League Rugby in 2020. Earning 50 caps in quick fashion, Bailey is also the youngest player in the league to be named Captain.
Named to the USA U18s and U20s from 2015-2017, Wilson was a on track to the Eagles through his college and MLR career, earning an invite to the August 2023 tour of Europe under Head Coach, Scott Lawrence. While Bailey would not play, his first appearance in the USA shirt was at home in Utah against State Toulousain for an uncapped match and later against Spain for his test match debut during the Vila International Rugby Cup in November.

Jack Iscaro was originally born in Germany, but moved to Olney, Maryland at the age of three. Iscaro played his first game of rugby at 10 years old, inspired by his father who is a former Italian national team player. Iscaro was a captain at Gonzaga College High School where he won two highschool club national championships as well as having played in a plethora of USA Junior National Team competitions. He went on to play rugby at University of California - Berkeley where he also won two National Championships and was named a Collegiate All-American in 2019.
Iscaro was selected to play for Old Glory DC in 2020, and was named on the USA Falcons squad in 2022. He played for his first USA cap against Hong Kong in 2022.
He grew up in San Bernardino where he has played rugby for the last 4 years. In high school, Jesse played for Eleanor Roosevelt High in Eastvale, California, and Southern California Griffins.

Marcel is actually a Cali local as he was born in LA before moving to South Africa where he was raised and began his rugby career. He played 4 seasons with the Western Province in the Currie Cup and Vodacom Cup and also made an appearance for the Stormers in the Super Rugby Competition. Marcel then moved to Australia to continue his rugby

Tu'avao earned his first invite to the USA Men's Eagles camp in 2023 when the extended player pool assembled in Charlotte, NC and from there was named to all three tours that year, debuting against Romania in Bucharest.
Tomasi is from Kaaawa, Hawaii, and lives in Herriman, Utah. He attended Herriman High School and was a USA Under-17 and Under-18 All-American. This Fall his performance for the Utah Selects earned him a call-up to the MLR Utah Warriors for 2022.
