 Bailey Wilson was born and raised in Sydney, AUS with his brother and fellow USA Eagle, Mitch Wilson. Playing rugby in High School at Lone Peak High School, Wilson would find his way to the United States to play in college at Utah Valley University. The open side Flanker remained in the Utah club scene post college and was named to the Utah Warriors of Major League Rugby in 2020. Earning 50 caps in quick fashion, Bailey is also the youngest player in the league to be named Captain.

Named to the USA U18s and U20s from 2015-2017, Wilson was a on track to the Eagles through his college and MLR career, earning an invite to the August 2023 tour of Europe under Head Coach, Scott Lawrence. While Bailey would not play, his first appearance in the USA shirt was at home in Utah against State Toulousain for an uncapped match and later against Spain for his test match debut during the Vila International Rugby Cup in November.

Danny attended Olympus High School and played rugby for the Highland Rugby Club. In 2008, the team won the high school national championship and he was named the MVP. He then attended the University of Utah where he also played rugby and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He was a Collegiate All-American 15s and 7s in 2014 and 2015.

Dan played in the 2019 USA Club 7s Nationals with the Park City Haggis.

 Jack Iscaro was originally born in Germany, but moved to Olney, Maryland at the age of three. Iscaro played his first game of rugby at 10 years old, inspired by his father who is a former Italian national team player. Iscaro was a captain at Gonzaga College High School where he won two highschool club national championships as well as having played in a plethora of USA Junior National Team competitions. He went on to play rugby at University of California - Berkeley where he also won two National Championships and was named a Collegiate All-American in 2019. 

Iscaro was selected to play for Old Glory DC in 2020, and was named on the USA Falcons squad in 2022. He played for his first USA cap against Hong Kong in 2022.

He grew up in San Bernardino where he has played rugby for the last 4 years. In high school, Jesse played for Eleanor Roosevelt High in Eastvale, California, and Southern California Griffins.

He attended Norco College and played rugby, as well as for the U23 Legion Academy in 2022. He trained with the Legion team during the 2022 preseason and played against the Austin GIlgronis. In 2022 he also played for Casanovas in the Rugbytown 7s.

Marcel is actually a Cali local as he was born in LA before moving to South Africa where he was raised and began his rugby career. He played 4 seasons with the Western Province in the Currie Cup and Vodacom Cup and also made an appearance for the Stormers in the Super Rugby Competition. Marcel then moved to Australia to continue his rugby career with the Western Force, making 58 appearances for the team.

Marcel has been a proud member of the USA Eagles since 2016, playing 28 test matches, including playing in the 2019 World Cup.

Marcel currently plays with the San Diego Legion in the MLR

 Olive “Ollie” Kilifi’s return to the Seattle Seawolves marks a celebrated homecoming to a city that has profoundly shaped his rugby career. Born in Huntington Beach, California, and raised in Seattle, Washington, Kilifi’s journey in rugby started in West Seattle and saw him evolve into a foundational player for the Seawolves, contributing significantly to their 2018 and 2019 championship wins and becoming one of the first to reach 50 caps in Major League Rugby. His extensive career also includes 31 appearances for the USA Rugby team, leadership roles, and participation in two Rugby World Cups. After a tenure with the Utah Warriors that expanded his playing and coaching repertoire, Ollie currently plays for the Seattle Seawolves in the MLR and is a u18 USA Rugby coach

 Lasike started playing rugby when he was 8 years old. Lasike also played volleyball and Division I college football -- along with rugby -- at Brigham Young University.

From 2015-17, Lasike was contracted with the Arizona Cardinals and then, Chicago Bears, of the NFL. Following his career in professional football, he returned to rugby where he earned his first cap with the USA Men’s National Team XVs in February of 2018 against Chile.

After his debut with the Eagles, Lasike signed a contract with the Harlequins of the English Premiership. Paul currently plays for the Utah Warriors.

Saia, born in Tonga, is known for his playful banter with his brother Loni, the "Tongan Bear," and takes great pleasure in bulldozing defenders on the rugby pitch.

He honed his skills playing for the 1st XV at Liahona High School in Tonga and currently represents the Utah Warriors, where he has earned over 50 caps. He now calls Utah home.

Recently, Saia made his debut for the USA Eagles against Scotland, proudly becoming Eagle #574.

 Sione was born in Provo, Utah, and his hometown is Herriman, Utah. He attended Kahuku High and Intermediate School, as well as Herriman High School, playing rugby at both schools. He began playing rugby in 2010 and was a USA High School All-American and also played at the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2018.

Sione attended Snow College in 2021 and is working toward’s earning an Associate of Science Degree in Construction Management. He played football, rugby, volleyball, and pickleball while there.

 Thomas Tu’avao was born in Winston, Cheshire, England and raised around the game in the United Kingdom before moving to Stockton, CA to play rugby at Lincoln High School. Tu'avao played football in High School and college at American River College, but would go full time with rugby and make his way to the Utah Warriors as a starting flanker and No. 8.

Tu'avao earned his first invite to the USA Men's Eagles camp in 2023 when the extended player pool assembled in Charlotte, NC and from there was named to all three tours that year, debuting against Romania in Bucharest.

Tuvere Vugakoto is a Fijian rugby player who plays for the Utah Warriors in MLR

He previously played for Fijian Latui in Global Rapid Rugby and the Fijian national rugby team. He was educated at Nelson College in New Zealand, where he played for the school's 1st XV rugby team. His primary position is hooker.

In August 2019, he was named to Fiji's squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
